Housing related support for individuals in their own home who suffer with mental ill health. Support to deal with finances, benefits, budgeting and debt. Plan ways to maintain security and safety of your home. Support to manage property repairs and reporting to appropriate organisation. Support to access community services and activities and support to make social contacts, try new activities. The person must be over 18 years of age, live in St Helens area be a house holder or the person responsible for paying the bills and have a named person which can include their GP who is monitoring their mental ill health.
