About

The St Helens Information and Advice Service will assist local people with a wide range of issues including;

  • benefits advice
  • accessing care and support,
  • homelessness, and
  • housing issues

The service will also signpost people to statutory voluntary and community organisation, and enable individuals to make informed choices about their health and social care.

We work in partnership with partner organisations to provide an online Information and Advice Guide covering a wide range of subjects, and a directory of local services which can be accessed as follows;
