The St Helens Information and Advice Service assist local people with a wide range of issues including;

• benefits advice
• accessing care and support,
• homelessness, and
• housing issues
• grant applications
• general advice

The service also signpost people to statutory voluntary and community organisation, and enable individuals to make informed choices about their health and social care.

Services

We work with partner organisations to provide an online Information and Advice Guide covering a wide range of subjects, and a directory of local services. Easy Health provide a whole range of Easy to Read documents on a variety of topics.
