CALM

About

CALM is about supporting men, particularly those aged 15-35. It’s about giving you a break, a way of getting things off your chest and sorting your head out. If you’re going through a tough time and live on Merseyside then they could help you get back to enjoying your life. They have been running for over ten years now, working with partners like Creamfields, Topman and Juice FM to get the message out, so get on board!

Services

CALM don’t have a centre or team of people for you to visit, they want to keep it simple and easy. You can call the CALM helpline and talk to one of their trained workers (it’s confidential and anonymous) or you can check out the website and get some quality info. A lot of blokes feel that they have to keep their emotions to themselves and as a result we often think that no-one else has gone through what’s worrying us or getting us down. The good news is that loads of people have been through a similar situation to you and they’ve come out of the other side of it stronger. But you can’t do everything on your own – CALM can help you get it sorted and get you back to enjoying your life.
