The Youth Wellbeing Directory is a directory of free mental health support services for children and young people aged up to 25 across the UK. On My Mind aims to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people across the UK. Co-developed with young people, the site includes free digital advice including guidance about finding support, working with services, starting conversations and has over 90 self-care strategies to help manage your own wellbeing if you are feeling low, anxious or struggling with your mental health.Our free On My Mind resources can be accessed at www.onmymind.info
