Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies (PATHS®)


The PATHS® Programme for Schools is a programme for educators and counsellors designed to facilitate the development of self-control, emotional awareness and interpersonal problem-solving skills. The programme consists of a variety of lessons, and additional materials and charts.

The following 13 schools are enrolled on the programme at varying stages of implementation/maturity:

Ashurst Primary, Broad Oak Primary, Carr Mill Primary, Eaves Primary, Garswood Primary, Holy Cross Catholic Primary, Holy Spirit Catholic Primary, Lyme Community Primary, Merton Bank Primary, Nutgrove Methodist Primary, Rectory C of E Primary, St Mary’s Blackbrook and Corpus Christi.
