Halton & St Helens VCA is an organisation that provides advice, information and development support services to new and existing voluntary, community, not-for-profit and faith organisations and volunteers in the Boroughs of St Helens and Halton. Established in 1932 Halton & St Helens have a rich history of helping establish and support the growth of community and voluntary groups in the local area.
